I’ve finally got the rewards screen working! It took an incredibly long time, mostly because I stopped to redesign the battle HUD (that’s the book that pops up) halfway through the process. Anyway, it’s working pretty nicely! It could still use a few small tweaks but I’m pretty happy with it!
Sailing through the clouds! I’ve always wanted to make some kind of airship sim game, and I had this image in my head so I wanted to get it out. This isn’t really a mockup or in-progress game or anything, but maybe someday I’ll make a sweet airship game.
Added a little environmental artwork! It’s sort of just temporary/rough to establish an atmosphere, but I like it!
Been working on the content update for Gun Rounds lately! Here’s a little sneaky peak of a new world, new weapon(s), and a new type of shop: the DEMON SHOP!!

Added some visuals to the “transcendence” status effect. I think it looks pretty cool!
Added some new enemies, time scaling, palette swapping, and platforming!
Had an idea for the 7-day FPS jam, about interfacing with an EVA-ish mecha in a trance-like state!
I’ve added so many effects to this that I’m gonna have to start uploading mp4s instead of GIFs! Anyway I added a few more nifty things to my little side project here: a cool transition, along with some resolution-related things (the wavy checkboard on the sides of the screen).
